Norway lobsters (also called langoustine or scampi), caught in Scandinavia are known to be among the most delicate in the world. 
The cold water in which the Norway lobsters live makes them grow slowly, giving them a delicious taste and firm texture.

    Fresh Norway lobsters are landed directly to the factory all year round from about 20 fresh fish trawlers, fishing in Skagerrak and Kattegat.

 

  • Sea frozen
    Sea frozen Norway lobsters are landed from a fleet of 10 freezer trawlers, fishing in the Northern part of the North Sea, landed directly to the factory.
